Submission guidelines
General requirements
- Official Language: All written materials, including full papers, abstracts, and presentations, must be submitted in English
- Full Papers: Should be between 4,000 – 6,000 words, double-spaced
- Extended Abstracts: Should be between 1,000 – 1,500 words
- Formatting: Submissions must follow APA style, using Times New Roman font, size 12
- File Formats: Authors must provide their work in both MS Word and PDF formats
- Best Paper Eligibility: Please note that only full papers presented offline will be considered for the "Best Paper" award
- Author Limit: Each presenting author is allowed a maximum of two papers
Procedure via Microsoft CMT
- Access the Portal: Visit the official MBIC 2026 Microsoft CMT submission link (provided on the conference homepage)
- Account Creation: If you do not have a CMT account, click "Register" to create one. If you already have an account, simply log in.
- Start New Submission: Click on the "Create New Submission" button.
- Select Your Track: You must identify and select your specific target track (e.g., Track 1: AI-Driven Retail Innovation) from the dropdown menu
- Enter Details: Provide the title of your paper, the full list of authors, and a brief summary.
- Upload Files: Upload your manuscript in both Word and PDF formats, ensuring they meet the APA formatting requirements
- Finalize: Click "Submit" to complete the process. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after.
Review and Acceptance
- All manuscripts will undergo an initial review by the organizing committee
- Only accepted manuscripts will be invited for presentation and officially notified
- Accepted full papers and abstracts will be included in the Conference Proceedings with an ISBN
Critical Deadlines
- Submission Deadline: All papers, extended abstracts, PPTs, and posters must be submitted by May 30th, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Vietnam Time)
- Registration Deadline: Final registration for all participants must be completed by June 30, 2026
